Does PageRank Matter?

PageRank (PR) is the definition of Google to show how useful, popular and important a website is. It ranges from 0 (the least important) to 10 (the most quality and useful).

To Webmasters:
A high PR is an achievement. It tells the world that your website is useful, popular and of quality. PageRank does affect your Google Search Engine listing too. A website with higher PR drives more traffic than a low PR website.

To Visitors:
Most internet surfers would not know what PageRank is and they probably will not bother about the page's rank. But if they do understand PageRank, then your PR would be an indicator to show how credible your content is.

How is PageRank determined?

PageRank is determined by quality backlinks. A backlink is when another web page links to your page. When a page links to you, that means the page is "voting" for you. The more "votes" for your page, the better your PR will. However, not every "vote" has the same weight. The weight of the "vote" is determined by the PageRank of the page linking to you. This means that a couple of links from pages with high PR is more beneficial than hundreds of links from pages with low PR. But unfortunately, each page can only transfer so much of the PageRank. This would mean that a PR 6 page could actually give out as much weight per "vote" as a PR 3 page if it has too many outgoing links.

Besides backlinks, Google does consider some other factors as well to determine the PageRank. For example, the longer your domain has been registered for, the better your PageRank will be. It would be good to look into these other factors to maximize your potential PageRank.

What you can do to increase your PageRank?

To improve your PageRank, the first thing you need to do is to get more quality backlinks to your website. Here are just some of the ideas on how to obtain quality backlinks:

1. Submit to Web Directories
You need to submit your website to a large amount of web directories with hight PageRank. Directories with low PR are still worth submitting though because their PageRank will eventually increase with time. This will be the best way to improve PageRank and to get traffic at the same time.

2. Link Exchanges
Link exchange is a common practice to improve PageRank, where two websites link to each other. This works best only if you exchange link with websites that have at least the same PR as you and of the similar subject. Link exchange with low PR website doesn't help to improve your PageRank. Links from websites with different subject will not help much, you will find very little if any PR will actually be transferred to you.

3. Forum Signatures
Forum signature is where you sign off whenever your post a topic or comment. Place a link to your website in your forum signature will help improve your PageRank if the forum has a high PR, and it could also help to drive more traffic from forum members seeing your signature. Besides that, your site could also get spidered more often since it's linking to a forum. Forums generally have lots of activities and new contents everyday and this is what search engines love.

4. Buy Advertising
This is where you buy text link ads on websites with high PR. This can be very effective, but it is only a temporary thing. If you buy text links for only a couple of months, when the months are over, you won't have the backlinks to keep your PageRank. So after you have spent so much money on text links, but in the end you are right back where you started. This method is not advisable.

5. Submit Web Articles
Write articles about the subject of your website and submit them to those free article directories. Make sure you have your website address in author resource box. You then allow others to use your articles with the condition that they remain the author resource box that has a link back to your site. If you wrote a quality article, you will find many websites will want to use it, thus giving you plenty of backlinks.

6. Quality Website
Build a quality and useful website that benefits your visitors. When your visitors enjoy reading your website, they will start spreading the words by linking to you.

What You Should Know About Dropshipping

Dropshipping is a business model where a retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfer customer orders and shipment details to wholesaler, who then delivers the goods directly to the customer. The retailer makes profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

The Pros

1. No hassle of holding stocks
Retailers can forget about the headache of holding stock, all they need to do is to promote the products, bring in sales and collect the payment. Then send the order details to the dropshipper (be it manufacturer, or wholesaler who operates a dropshipping program), who in turn deliver the goods to the buyers directly.

2. Low wholesale price
Dropshippers are usually the manufacturers or wholesalers themselves. They normally purchase in bulk quantities at very low price. So, they will be able to offer a good wholesale price for the products as well as the shipping fee.

3. Low investment
This model of business involves very minimal investment. You don't have to invest in stock and it minimizes the risk of having huge quantity of stock that you are not able to sell.

4. Wider product range
Dropshipping gives you the flexibility to offer wider range of products on your websites without the restriction of holding stock for each of the products. You can always work on numerous websites promoting different products.

5. Forget about the shipping / delivery
Dropshippers will take care the shipping and delivery of the goods to your customers. The shipping fee are to be borne by your customers, so you can forget about the shipping issue and just focus on the marketing strategies.

The Cons

1. Quality of the product
Since the products / goods are shipped to your customers directly by the dropshipper, you must make sure the quality of the product is up to par. It is always a good practice to evaluate dropshipper that you deal with the first time by ordering an item for yourself. Examine the packaging and the quality of the item.

2. Support, returns and refunds
Check with the dropshipper on the refund and return policy. Make sure they provide good support for their products and shipping.

3. Credibility and reputation
Do some research before you engage with a dropshipper. How long have they been in business, do they respond to your enquiry promptly and professionally? Check out their reputation with the Better Business Bureau in their area.

4. Compare and compare
Don't stop at the first dropshipper that you've come across. Always find a few and compare their offers and the supports given.

5. Shipping
Check with the dropshipper about the shipping company that they are using. Are they reputable, where do they ship to, how long does the delivery takes, do they provide any tracking of the shipment?

It's fairly easy to start dropshipping, the barrier to entry is low and you don't have to invest much up front.

Considering the above pros and cons, anyone who is considering dropshipping, should take times to gather as much information as possible to be successful in drop[shipping industry.

As successful as the industry has become, there are concerns that arise from this method of selling. Below is a list of 10 tips that compiled by Mark Kenny that shares those concerns and helpful information for dropshipping success.

Tip #1: Check out the dropshipper’s reputation with the Better Business Bureau in their area. How long have they been in business? Has anyone ever filed a consumer complaint against the company? If so, has the complaint been resolved? This information can be found at http://www.BBB.org.

Tip #2: Ask the dropshipper how quickly they will be able to fulfill and ship the order. Be sure to inquire about whether or not a tracking number will be available. The tracking number will be very important because, if an item doesn’t arrive, you will need to have some means to track the purchase and to make sure that it was shipped. If a customer doesn’t receive a product, they will look to you for answers.

Tip #3: If you are dropshipping, this means that the item you are selling is not in your possession. It’s very important to let your customers know this. Sellers should indicate that the item will ship directly from your supplier.

Tip #4: An important factor to consider is the delivery time. It’s pertinent to let buyers know that, because the item is shipping directly from your supplier, they may need to allow extra time for delivery. Make sure to ask your dropshipper how long delivery takes so that you may pass this information on to your buyers.

Tip #5: If a problem should arise during the course of shipment, or if a shipment is delayed, promptly address the issue with your buyer. It’s important to have good communication and to let your customers know that you are always there to answer their questions.

Tip #6: Be cautious of a dropshipper who requires that you pay a fee to access their product line. A legitimate dropshipper should not charge to set up an account.

Tip #7: When ordering from a dropshipping company, there should not be a minimum order. It’s normal to get discounts on larger quantities, but the dropshipper should be able to accommodate any order size from 1 to 100.

Tip #8: Consider doing business with more than one dropshipping company. It’s always a good idea to shop around for a larger variety of better deals. Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket, so to speak.

Tip #9: When you begin doing business with a new dropshipping company, order a few test products for yourself. Afterall, you are the one who will be selling the products and you will want to make sure the company offers quality products, reliability and accuracy in filling orders.

Tip #10: The whole idea behind dropshipping is wholesale. You are buying a product at such a low price that you should be able to sell it for a profit. The dropshipper is the wholesaler and you become the retailer. It’s easy to forget that some things really are too good to be true. Just like everything else, there are scams out there so be careful. The bottom line is that regardless of how wonderful the deals may seem, start slow and build up to larger orders as you become more comfortable with the process.

Selling Online: Physical Products vs. Digital Products

I have attempted to sell physical product online once. I found that it's too much of hassle as compared to selling digital products.

For physical products, on top of the market research / keyword research ground work, you have to also concern about inventory and shipping / delivery stuff, as compared to digital products, where it is normally delivered digitally and instantly in downloadable format. No issue with inventory and shipping / delivery for digital products.

No doubt there is always an alternative to sell physical products without the hassle of handling inventory and shipping -- dropshipping. But again, finding a good and genuine dropshipper is not easy. Most of the dropshippers restrict their dropshipping service to certain countries only, some even worst that they dropship to continents in USA only. This becomes challenging when you want to offer your products to the world wide market.

Besides that, most of the dropshippers would require you to pay a fee in order to access their product line. How ridiculous is this ! You are helping them to promote their products, they shouldn't be charging you to access their product line but instead welcome all sellers to help promote the products by charging only the dropshipping fees per item. What do they have to lose by letting potential partners to view their product lines before making up their mind to work with the dropshippper. I just couldn't figure out why they must charge a fee upfront before you make any money from selling their products.

Sometimes I wonder, are these so-called dropshippers making money out of the account set-up fees instead of from the dropshipping service for their products?

When dropshipping is out of question here, you will now have to crack your head on dealing with the inventory and shipping issues. In order to have good profit margin and being competitive in your niche, you have to minimize the product cost, to get a minimal cost per product item, you have to purchase at least a light bulk to get a reasonable discount. This again go back to the same issue, whereby you need to spend a considerable sum to buy the products in bulk before you make your first sale and before you know that your product is saleable. This of course is not ideal, what if the products don't sell or it goes slow. Huh, another challenging issue to handle.

The second headache that you are going to deal with soon after having the inventory issue solved is the shipping / delivery of the goods. Sending goods via registered air mail or courier service is not cheap and it would be a big challenge if you want to remain competitive in your market.

These are the challenges that I discovered when I am trying to sell physical products online. My experience tells me that selling physical products online is only workable when you are able to source for a good and reputable dropshipper with quality products that can take care of the inventory and shipping / delivery matters for you, PLUS giving you competitive price and good profit margin. Congrats if you can find one.

On the other hand, I would say selling digital products is still the easiest and simplest e-commerce model. You don't have to worry about inventory, shipping / delivery. It all done instantly in downloadable format once the payment is confirmed. And the best part is that you can automate the process. Whenever a purchase is confirmed and the payment is received, the product download link is sent to the buyer instantly and automatically. The buyer can then download the product into his / her computer or have it printed if it is an ebook or e-report. It doesn't involve any inventory cost and you can have almost 100% profit minus out the hosting fee of your website and any third-party credit card payment processing fee. Once it is set up properly, all you need to do is just to drive traffic to your sales page. You can forget about managing your product inventory, payment verification and the delivery of the goods. This gives you ample time to focus on marketing your products which in turn to bring you more sales. Don't you think that this should be the ideal way of doing business. Once set up, forget about the administration but focus on the marketing part and let it run on autopilot. Then set up the second website, do the same things again and let it run on autopilot. This business model allows you to set up unlimited websites and have them run on autopilot, which bring you multiple source of income.

How to Make Money By Promoting Affiliate Products from Your Blog

If you have a blog of any topic, and you want to make money from it, the best and easiest way to get started is by promoting other's products and earn commissions.

It is different from advertising revenue like Google AdSense or Text-Link-Ads, whereby you can to just slap in some codes and do nothing else.

Affiliate marketing requires lots of pre-selling. But once you have done it properly, you can expect much more income from affiliate products than you can from picky web advertisers.

Here's the technique how you do it:

1. Post a useful product review on your blog

The keyword here is that it must be useful, not just simply any sales pitch. While stressing on the benefits of the product, do not neglect to mention the drawbacks and limitations as well.

People are smart. They know that you are telling them all the good things so that you can make a sale. They know that there must be something that you aren't telling. They will find a way to find out the "negatives" that you aren't telling. So, why don't just tell them everything, but put the negatives in a more positive light and let them decide.

2. Post an Interview with the product owner

Interview the product creator / owner, and put up the MP3 on the blog. Make sure you prepare the content / script before hand when you interview someone.

Mention your affiliate link at the beginning and at the end of the interview - tell people where to get more information on the product. You have to make the URL easy to remember, and don't ever attempt to give out a raw affiliate link during the call. Use a simple page to redirect to your affiliate link.

3. Interlink your articles tactfully

Don't scatter your affiliate links all over your blog -- instead leave them on one or two pages and link all other posts to that page.

Blogging for affiliate income is all about driving traffic to your "money pages", where you spend most of your time writing, preselling the affiliate products.

The common mistake that most people have while promoting affiliate products with blogs -- they copy and paste the promotional emails provided by the product owner into their blogs. By doing so, it serves more like a notice board instead of a useful informative site that people want to come back to.

You need to put in your share of effort by giving good and useful review and tell people what you think about the product. Make sure to promote only the quality products -- in times to come, people will associate your blog or your name with good, quality product. They will be more trustful with the products recommended in the future.

No Software Needed?

Butterfly Marketing proves to be just as powerful
in strategies than in the software itself. Below you
will find a student and customer of the course.

Michael Cheney of "Adsense Videos" applied the
pre-launch strategies and affiliate tools and JV
strategies outlined in Mike Filsaime's Butterfly
Marketing Manuscript
to the launch.

Here is what Michael Cheney had to say about what
he learned in the Manuscript:

------------------------------------------------------

"Mike - first off I just want to say thank you so much!
The techniques I learned from Butterfly Marketing
played a BIG part in helping me make $63,249 in sales
in 24 hours!!

As I write this I'm still finding it hard to believe.
It seems a lifetime ago that the BFM package landed on
my doorstep and I started poring over it with my smile
getting larger and wider with each new insight as I
realized that as long as I APPLIED what I was learning
the principles were going to make something BIG happen!

Little did I know just HOW BIG it would be when I
launched AdSense Videos...

AdSense Videos - 33 Hours After Launch..

The site went live. My life changed forever - seriously
the results have been incredible Mike - we've grossed
over $200,000 in 7 days!! The site got an Alexa ranking
on Launch Day of 351!

AdSense Videos was ranked Number 1 on the ClickBank
Marketplace in the Marketing category just 4 days after
the Launch!

I've also been getting, on average, one new subscriber
every minute of every hour for the past SIX AND A HALF
DAYS!!!

So - What did I learn from you Mike and from Butterfly
Marketing
? Where to start! I think one of the biggest
things was the step-by-step approach. Everything I
created for Affiliates, Joint Venture partners and for
people going through the videos themselves has been
step-by-step. I made everything as easy as I could and
'muppet-proof' as I like to call it!

I also realized that it's paying attention to the smaller
details BEFORE launch that really pay dividends AFTER the
Launch. And BOY am I seeing that!

You gave some absolute gems of advice in Butterfly
Marketing which have, without a shadow of a doubt,
contributed in a big way to the overall success of AdSense
Videos.

Thanks again!

Michael Cheney"
----------------------------------------------------------

You too can have the same results as Michael Cheney by
implementing the tactics and strategies outlined in Mike
Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing Manuscript
.

way marketing is done on the internet for good!

Interview with Michael Cheney from AdSense-Videos.com

Q. So what made you get started with AdSense?

A. I was looking for a way to monetize some of my websites. AdSense is such an easy thing to get started with the eye for it would be a great way to start earning more money without actually putting into much more effort. I think as soon as you see the first earnings coming into your account you get addicted to AdSense. I know is what happened to me and since then I've just spent time working out how to earn more and more each day.

Q. How much do you make with AdSense?

A. Some days I can earn close to $1000 and others it's less than that. But it all comes down to how much time and effort you devote to creating a quality site that people like visiting. AdSense is not what my business is based on by any means - but it is a great way to earn revenue almost on autopilot.

Q. What is the biggest mistake people making with AdSense?

A. Probably the biggest mistake people make is thinking the AdSense earnings are easy to achieve. It is very easy to get started but as I learned it takes a lot of effort to increase your earnings. I got really downhearted whenever I would log in to my account to see that I had only made a few dollars. And that's when I decided to spend months and months of my time learning everything I could about AdSense.

I basically buried myself away and devoured every single piece of AdSense information I could find. I ran thousands of AdSense tests and started to see a dramatic effect on my click through ratio and therefore on my earnings.

This is why I'd decided to record the videos - because I knew that it would help people who were in my position to also increase their earnings. I've read an absolute ton of AdSense e-book's but they take so long to go through and always seem to keep information back.

With AdSense Videos I knew that I had to tell the story exactly as it is and actually show people and lead them by the hand through the exact techniques that I use to generate large earnings from AdSense.

Q. In your videos you show people how to increase their AdSense earnings - can you give us a taster of this advice?

A. I don't want to give away my biggest secrets as you can understand! But some of the more basic things that you can do to increase your revenues include using ads that blend in rather than stand out from your content. Flat out the worst thing you can do with an AdSense ad is make it look like the standard Google ad. What you need to realise is that you will get more clicks if your ad actually appears part of your site rather than something that's
just been dropped into the page.

Q. What would you recommend that someone do right now to increase their AdSense earnings?

A. I've created a totally free AdSense minicourse that people can go through to learn some of my techniques. It takes you through the four cornerstone principles that I've used to build up my AdSense empire. You can check it out, as well as all the AdSense Videos, here:

How I Build My AdSense Empire

A New Way To Make Money With eBay

When you hear "eBay" and "money" in the same sentence your probably think of becoming an eBay seller.

You place product listings in the eBay marketplace, buyers bid, you pay your eBay seller fees and what you have left is your profit margin.

There is, however, another way to build a business which still revolves around eBay but which doesn’t involve you selling a single thing in the eBay marketplace.

This "other way" opportunity is based on the eBay affiliate program and a great tool which makes entry into this opportunity not only possible but also super easy. This tool is called "Build A Niche Store".

Now if you don’t know – an affiliate program enables you as an individual internet entrepreneur to promote the products of a company in exchange for a commission on all sales that you refer.

You are basically operating as an internet middleman and connecting internet browsers to particular products and companies through you own network of websites and marketing methods.

If we return to the eBay affiliate program, eBay actually invites you to promote all of the product listings in the eBay marketplace and in exchange for your efforts will pay you up to 75% of the revenue they make from each sale you refer plus up to $35 for each new active eBay member you refer.

You can have a read about the eBay.com affiliate program here

What this means is that you can earn up to three quarters of eBay’s revenue simply for connecting people to the products listed in the eBay marketplace.

Not only do you get to partner with the best branded marketplace in the world, you also get access to and control over ALL of the products listed in this marketplace. The eBay product inventory becomes YOUR product inventory and yet you do NOT have to stock items, deal with customers, organize shipping or process refunds.

You are no longer limited to selling only those products which you can buy and sell for a profit margin. You can choose ANY niche market and promote those eBay products relevant to your chosen niche outside of the eBay marketplace, funneling targeted traffic through to eBay and into your own affiliate commissions.

Golf clubs, sewing kits, laptops, dog collars, diamond rings, Florida real estate…

If you know eBay you know how BIG it is – there are NO limits.

At this point you might be thinking - well this sounds interesting but in reality is there any money in it? Well, here’s the shocker – eBay's top affiliates make over 1 million dollars a month. That’s right – 8 figures a year without stocking, selling or shipping a single thing!

Now eBay does provide some basic free tools to help you succeed as an eBay affiliate and build an affiliate business BUT it has been the development of a tool outside of eBay that has really opened this up as a legitimate business opportunity.

The tool, as I mentioned earlier, is called "Build A Niche Store" and what it enables you to do is build eBay affiliate websites targeted to any eBay niche you want. These act as the medium through which you funnel targeted visitors to eBay.

Here are a couple of examples, one targeting Race Cars and the other Golf Equipment:
Race Car eBay Affiliate Website
Golf eBay Affiliate Website

As you can see, these are professional looking websites that contain all of those eBay products related to their target niche inside a searchable store format, each of which automatically contains your eBay affiliate id.

These stores then automatically update as new products are listed for sale and old listing expire from the eBay marketplace and the software has built in development features which enable you to create new store pages, add content to these pages, create content pages, modify your template etc etc.

Basically, in the space of about 10 minutes (once you are familiar with how the software works) you can create a fully functional eBay affiliate website targeted to the niche market of your choice.

Your store content is all search engine friendly which will provide the foundation
for attracting targeted traffic from the search engines and you can then use the development features to attract more targeted visitors which will in turn mean more eBay affiliate commissions.

It really is a brilliant concept and I’ve been hearing great things about the guys behind the project and the member forum which you get lifetime access to when you purchase the product.

Build A Niche Store comes with a step by step user manual which will walk even the most technically inexperienced through setting up their eBay affiliate website, 9 professional template layouts which can be customized (from inside your admin panel) to match your target niche, lifetime member forum access, comprehensive product support and possibly most importantly – an UNLIMITED domain license which means you can build as many of these niche websites as you want for the small one time fee.

Think about how many niches eBay caters to!

How big could your eBay affiliate business be?!

This product gets my full recommendation – check it out today…

Locate Untapped Yet Profitable Niche

A common approach of discovering online niches is to first look at your own passions and interests. This, of course makes a lot of sense because you will always get optimal results by running a project that you are passionate about. After all, building a business obviously requires much of your time and it surely helps when you are involved in a niche or market that you are interested in.

However, the very truth is that everyone will have a very limited number of hobbies and interests. And if we study closely our interests, we will find out that more often than not, these are the very competitive niches.

The second common used approach to locate niches is to observe the latest trend in the market, study and analyze advertisements in the newspapers and magazines, TV commercials, surf internet forums and popular blogs. These give you a rough idea on what's going on in the market and what's the latest trend and what's popular at any one time.

Nevertheless, if you want to start a project based on these trends, chances are, though not always, you'll find competitions ahead of you. Competitors seem to be one step ahead of you and profiting from these trends before you hop into the trends.

But the good news here is you can always expand the 'root words' to uncover the many niches that you hardly knew existed. Below is a list of the 'root words' that you can use to locate potential niches:

- accessory
- about
- acquire
- advice
- answer
- bargain
- best
- book
- buy
- cheap
- clean
- close out
- comfort
- control
- cook

- strategy
- styles
- survey
- symptoms
- test
- thin
- tips
- toys
- tricks
- tutorial
- unknown
- value
- voucher
- video
- wholesale
- young

Tips in locating hidden untapped niches using the 'root words':
1. Don't go for general markets .. they are far too competitive
2. Always drill-down your keywords to one or two-levels down to uncover a sub-niche that is less competitive.
3. Research your sub-niche using "related" keywords to discover some more sub-niche keywords.

Autoresponder: How much do you know about IT ?

If you have ever requested for information online about a product or a service, or registered for a mailing list, and received instantaneous reply in your email box -- an autoresponder program was responsible for delivering these reply.

Simply put, autoresponders are email programs that send out preset messages in reaction to every incoming request received. Some autoresponders are meant for sign-up services like forums and mailing list, these are one-time deals: a single response for every sign-up request. Autoresponders are used for automating tasks that would otherwise take up hundreds of man-hours like building lists and tracking prospective leads.

Some companies use autoresponders to send a series of messages to the opt-in emails addresses on a pre-scheduled timed basis. For example, an autoresponder is used to send an instant response whenever a request is received, then follow by a follow-up message 2 days later, then another follow-up message 5 days later, and so on. It can be programmed to send a message a day, one in a week, twice monthly, or at any interval that best serves the purpose of the message series.

Autoresponders are the most powerful Internet Marketing tools ever available. They are simple and easy to use, and once they are set up, the entire marketing process is on autopilot - your Internet business runs by itself 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Launching an effective autoresponder campaign can mean a lot difference between a struggling business and a successful one.

Below is the list of the top Autoresponder programs that used by many of the Internet Marketers to increase their sales and build lasting customer relationships:

1. GetResponse
2. Aweber
3. ConstantContact
4. Email Aces
5. Mailer Mailer
6. MaxSponder

PayPal and Malaysian

PayPal finally accepts Malaysian credit cards!

PayPal was banning Malaysian from using its service due to the high rate of credit card frauds in Malaysia. It was really a great loss for fellow Malaysians.

But now, PayPal starts to open its door to Malaysian. One can register an account with PayPal using a Malaysian address and a Malaysian credit card. Cheers!

PayPal is free and easy to use online fund transfer system. With PayPal, you can easily put up a website to accept money online. It is ideal for personal and small businesses.

Before PayPal starts to accept Malaysian registration, one has to open an online fund processing account with 3rd party merchant account owner like ClickBank, 2CheckOut, PaySystems, in order to be able to accept credit cards online in their websites. The average registration fee of one such account is about US$49. PayPal costs US$0 for one to open an account!

Make Money without Website?

Can we make money online without a website? The answer is YES, definitely. So, how do we make money online without a website? With affiliate programs of-course.

But how do we choose the right affiliate program to join being given thousands of options out there? So, here are what you ought to consider before joining any affiliate program.

1. Does the product of interest to you? Start by finding what product you would like to push. Sell products that you believe in. Don't expect people to buy if you are not sold on the product you're selling. So, find a product that you like and people will like it too.

2. What promotional material / tools does your affiliate program offer? Sample text ads / solo ads / banner ads? How about email campaign? Do they provide you series of follow-up emails?

3. What kind of support do they give you? Is their FAQ complete and helpful? Do they have a member area to provide support when you need help? Do they provide any online tools for you to check and monitor your sales statistics?

4. What is the compensation plan like? How many tiers of commission are they offering ? What's the percentage of the commission? Do they give any referral bonus? How long do they keep the cookie info?

5. What is the conversion rate?

6. How long has the company been in business?

Now that you found the right company, you need to promote the products. This is where your promotional tools that your company offered you come in handy.

The easiest way to promote your company is through solo ads. Solo ads vary in price, they range from $15 up to $1,000 depending on the size of their list. I would start small, with a least expensive ad. And after you make some money you can invest some (or all) your profits in more expensive solo ads. DonĂ¢€™t underestimate the profit-pulling power of solo ads. If you have a good sale copy you can make some serious money using solo ads.

You can also make money with joint venture. Joint Ventures can be pretty profitable. First of all you will need to establish a friendship with some webmasters. A lot of these webmasters will have a huge list of subscribers and if you befriend them you can ask permission to send an ad to his list of subscribers, that is of-course if you are willing to share some of the profits with the webmaster. And can be anywhere from 50/50, 30/70, or whatever you guys agree on.

If you have a big enough pocket you can advertise with banner ads. Webmasters will charge you, the price depends on the amount of traffic that website gets on a daily or monthly basis. However, if you did have a website some webmasters are willing to exchange or swap a banner or a text ad. So make some friends with webmasters.
