How to Learn from Successful Marketers?

Ideally, everyone of us wants to make money on the Internet, right?

But we want to make it fast, what can we do to cut short the steep learning curve and make money?

I guess the first thing we could do is to get a mentor. I think most of you would agree with me that majority of the really good mentors charge fees that are off the scale for many of us who just starting out.

So, if you can afford then go for it. It will be an investment that would repay itself over and over.

But what if you can't afford the costly fee? You can always learn from the masters in other ways.

Pick a successful marketer that you really admire and look up upon, you are bound to have a couple of their products already, so make full use of those products - study the products, their marketing style and identify what makes the products sell, what makes you buy their products, what sets this product apart than the rest.

Study their websites, newsletters and any information you can find on the net about them. Identify their marketing strategies and tactics, learn as much as you can about them and take copious notes.

Now apply the same thing / process in your own online business.

Repeat this whole process with other top Internet Marketers and take the best of the best tactics and incorporate these in your offerings.

Don't copy word by word, try to put your own spin on things.

Internet Marketing forum is also a great place to learn from successful marketers, many of these forums have a number of gurus participating, making it easier for you to contact them, interact with them and request their help. You may find potential mentor to help you through the good, the bad and ugly times. You could request their help by offering a cut of the profits when you are successful. After all they will help you make the money that keeps the Internet Marketing world go round and round.

If you couldn't get a mentor for help, don't despair. There are always Mastermind Groups that are willing to share their knowledge. You can also work together with an accountability partner.

An accountability partner would be someone that you stay in contact with regularly, preferably each week, so you can set tasks for each other and accomplish more with each other's support as you are literally accountable to each other, hence the name.

Mastermind Groups, on the other hand, are a group of people supporting each other, bouncing ideas off each other, offering advice and finding solutions to problems. They usually have a mix of people from newbies to highly successful Internet entrepreneurs.

The best thing about Mastermind Groups is that you have a collective mindsets rather than just your overloaded brain. Mastermind groups are also the breeding ground for potential joint venture partners, mentors and cyber friends for life.
